Insight To The Snuza Halo Baby Monitor
Getting an infant breathing monitor around can be quite convenient sometimes, especially if you're a new parent. If you've ever heard about SIDS, or Cot Death, you would then know the kind of conveniences I'm speaking about. It's a lot more than normal for each parent, new or experienced, to possess that fear at the back of their mind because that simply shows how much they love the youngster.
Within the following paragraphs I'll be discussing a few facts about a particular baby monitor I have recently bought for my expecting sister. It is called the Snuza Halo Baby Monitor - you may have or may have not already heard about it but I will discuss why I bought this monitor on her behalf.
The Qualities That Caught My Attention
Small & Portable - this baby monitor is conveniently small and is able to fit and clip on your baby’s diaper! I realize most moms don’t head out much after giving birth but this is handy if you take your kid to the neighbors or possibly a friend’s house for just about any visit afterwards.
Easy To Use - I had asked for a user manual before purchasing the monitor so that I could let my sister know what she had to do before she started to use it and I have to say that the instructions and notes were pretty simple and I was happy with what I read.
Convenient Alarm - an alarm is triggered if no movement is detected for a couple of seconds, mostly 15 seconds. The alarm is an easy vibration which resembles the tactile stimulus provided in the hospital atmosphere. This is used especially for premature babies that are usually susceptible to forgetting to breathe. This vibrating stimulus is usually enough to reassert the baby’s breathing, however, if movement remains undetected for the next 20 seconds then an audible alarm is triggered to alert parents.
Conclusion
Despite the fact that I loved the characteristics which I saw, I haven't yet had my sister test it out, not until she gives birth. Overall, I'm wishing that my sister and her husband can get proper sleep during the night without having anything to worry about when concerning their baby’s safety. But believe me, that's only some of the baby breathing monitor or baby monitor I will get her!
